Not even an apology for the bugged quest for felwinters. This company is vile.

You can whine and moan all you want, they literally do not care. You ever notice how they are not on the forums after they piss everyone off?? They just let us cry it out like a child and then give us something else. Rinse and repeat, it seems like it’s a joy for them to ruin stuff the players like. The only way to get through to them is to not play, if they lose money they will listen. Sadly, I’m like most of you that like destiny, but I am almost to a point I can’t defend the game. I’m just here for the lore and story now and refuse to grind the same redundant crap over, I’ll play for the story and it ends there, I have all seals but will not grind anymore for anything. Other than that their model is play how we want and deal with it kid.

The comment in the TWAB about sniper scopes is exactly the reason that you’re having so much trouble balancing Destiny right now. You said 86% are 2 snipers. Blah blah. Even higher if you account for more low zoom scopes. Yeah. That’s true. You know why? Because if the maximum I need to zoom out in combat in crucible is that 30-35 zoom scope... that’s what I’m going to use. If I’m in a raid or strike and I need to use something with a way higher zoom... I will. You use the right tool for the job. Complaining about sniper usage based on scope is idiotic. Bungie is basically saying “we are seeing too many flat head screw drivers being used. Even though they are in fact being used on flat head screws... we have graciously provided you all with Phillips head screw drivers as well and we need you all to figure out how to use a phillips head screw driver on a flat head screw. We need you to be more inclusive, because you might hurt the feelings of the left out screw driver, or the developer who designed said screw driver”. The logic makes no sense. Meta is meta because it’s a war zone and the goal is to win the battle. I am not going to bring a musket to a tank fight. I’m not going to take a high zoom scope into urban combat. I’m not going to wear jungle camo in an arctic war zone. You are trying to force the players hand to play within the scope of how you think we should play... instead of just letting people play. I don’t understand. But I don’t like the way you think I need to play. And if my only choices are your way, or no way... I’m going to choose no way. I don’t think I’m alone in that sentiment. Hunters, Warlocks and Titans in principle and in practice are completely different. They all have different movement styles, speeds, accessibility... everything. Then you have the ability to dramatically adjust your cool downs for abilities depending on how you want to play. There are so many different guns and perks to choose from. The possibilities are endless as far as combinations of every variable. So why are you trying to act like you can turn Destiny pvp into Halo pvp? We don’t all start out on an even playing field when the game starts. By design, this game is based on rotating load outs, whether it be pve or pvp. Nothing is meant to be a catch all when it comes to activities and viability. The issue you are having, Bungie, is that you are trying to fashion a little meta box every season and demand people play your way. Nobody wanted to do that. So your response, destroy all the weapons everyone kept using and defied you, and continue to fashion your little meta boxes. If you would stop trying to turn Destiny into Halo and just allow the space magic to run rampant, the game would be a lot better for it. To people that complain about snipers.... umm... how about you avoid sniper lanes and choose to engage in close quarters? Problem solved. Complaining about shotguns... engage in open areas. Problem solved. There are counters to literally everything in this game. Somewhere along the way Bungie lost sight of that and now thinks just because something is used a lot means it’s over powered. Such as low zoom scopes. Well, no. Almost all of your maps are small enough that you don’t NEED a long zoom scope. Taking away the option doesn’t fix the problem. It just creates another problem.

Hmmm pvp is a mess in this game, what should we introduce..... A new shotgun. You're making this game unbearable.

You guys seriously need to do an update like Rise of Iron, updating the activities in this game and not this quarter-backed nonsense.

Are any members of Bungie's leadership team even reviewing the overwhelming amount of community feedback on the forum since the recent TWAB was posted, which listed future nerfs to reload speed and a minimal amount of information on sniper rifle changes to Beloved and Revoker? Absolutely no one was calling for nerfs to reload speed at all. Is it possible management has lost the ability to analyze and leverage player data and game statistic with any level of competency? Is it possible the reason why Beloved and Revoker account for so many kills or usage is due to the fact there are basically no other viable low zoom sniper rifles in D2 for PvP, and maybe the answer is to leave those 2 as is, and implement other viable sniper rifles with low zoom scopes and viable weapon perks? In my opinion, the entire purpose or main goal of the game should be for it to be enjoyable for the majority of the playerbase, to ensure a solid future, but recent decisions and nerfs have adversely affected this game significantly.

Can I burn down the shop? it's not like hearing Tess's voice repeatedly saying the same one-liners for almost 3 years isn't bad enough, but you want to keep interrupting my game for the stupid ornaments like the felwinter's? Don't you think shoving the shop in our face by putting it in our directory is enough when this company could have put something (Actually useful in the directory?) Seriously when does shoving this nonsense in our face stop? I don't care for your cash cow on how you are milking players.

dmg04 you make some valid points and i agree that eververse should be removed from this game. But Whether we wanted it or not, we’ve stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let’s get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta’aurc. From what I can gather he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank outside of Rubicon. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defences, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold.

So the latest big patch was 98% nerfs, and now another mass nerfing?! Yeah, this game sucks.

what will happen with menagerie if gear is getting sunseted?

Leave pinnacle and ritual weapons alone. Otherwise there’s no point in grinding for them.
