You guys do realize they ar on a work from home status. Meaning the dont have access to everything needed to fix every bug in the game currently right?
English
-
Huh. They do not have access to a computer. Yeah right.
-
If all it took was simply having access to a computer, dont you think making and fixing game would be easier in general. Especially if that computer has not type of access or link to bungie's mainframe/servers
-
Wow. You ever hear of a VPN. LOL
-
What does that have to do with the main point
-
A developer can do anything from home. To think they cannot is just foolish.
-
Not saying they cant, yes they can but actually implementing anything takes longer
-
Dude, it does not. I am a software developer. It does not matter where you work from.
-
If you say so
-
You really think they sit next to their development server when in the office? Usually that is outsourced offsite because they have multiple development boxes, on top leasing, the technology and having someone service (package deal) is cheaper versus buying an asset and watching the technology next year pass it by...
-
No my main point was that working from home slows down the development process for everything, from content to bug fixes
