My birthday is coming up in a couple of months, and after it I will have enough money to buy a Switch Lite and Animal Crossing: New Horizons. However, if I wait till Christmas I will have enough to get a Ps5. Which would be better?

PS5. A switch light is a downgraded platform that probably will Be upgraded soon

Wait for PS5

Seeing that you already have a ps4, get the ps5, even though it might be delayed.

Edited by LittleLight: 3/24/2020 10:17:53 PMIf Xbox Series X was in here, I'd go with that. Go for the ps5. Just remember that it may not have many games and backwards compatibility with many games. Why PS5? Well because it's a much more powerful system that'll serve you for more years to come.

5 RepliesGet the ps5, or even better, a next gen Xbox. This console can run far more and better games because switches can only run E-E10+ games, and a few Teen games.

6 RepliesI’d wait and get a regular Switch. If that’s not an option, then Switch Lite for sure. Then you can get Kirby!

2 RepliesEdited by Mustafa: 3/24/2020 6:01:13 PMJust get a classical PS4, or Xbox one. PS4 is better in my opinion

Compared to the PS4 the switch is the most user friendly console I have ever used. When you need to find something it's always where you think it should be. I really like the switch even though I haven't got too deep into it. I'm also atouch biased, I wouldn't mind the PS5 getting delayed because I've only had my PS4 for a year and I'd like to see it in the spotlight for a little longer.

There will be fewer games on Ps5 in its first year, plus it may get cheaper by time you buy it as well. I would buy Ps5, personally, but that's mainly because there are only a couple games important enough to me on Switch.

1 ReplyIt all comes down to which platform has the most exclusive games that you are interested in. Generally speaking, Nintendo’s Exclusive line up is very, very strong. Of course, Sony also has an awful lot of great Exclusive IP’s as well. However, there is a fair possibility that the PS5 won’t launch this year at all due to lasting effects of Covid-19 on the Worlds Economy, and if it does come out this year, there will probably a lot of great deals by this time next year due to a slow adoption rate ( due to the lasting effects of Covid-19 on the Worlds Economy.

2 RepliesI’m personally gonna wait for PS5, but it all depends how much you want either. I’m not a HUGE switch fan, we have one I just never got into the games, but if you really like Nintendo games I’d go with that.
@-@
2 RepliesIdk if you should buy a Switch only for AC, but if there are other games on it you would play, that's what I would buy. I don't think consoles are ever worth buying at launch, and the next time you have enough saved up might be a better time to buy a PS5 anyway.
