Gambit crashes
Hello, I've been playing Gambit for the past hour or so and for some reason it keeps crashing. I get into a match, play for a bit and then the entire game freezes up, It's done this three times. I'm forced to reboot my Xbox but If I do this anymore I think I'll be locked out from matchmaking for leaving in the middle of the match. Is there some way to fix this issue? Destiny 2 is downloaded digitally on my hard drive. Thanks.

Gambit crashes every other match on xbox as well is there any update on a fix? This season is grindy enough as it is without loosing a powerful drop fom gambit bounties.

Since launch i have played 9 games of gambit on 3 different characters, 5 of those games experienced crashes of either the entire enemy team dropping at once or my entire team dropping at once and this is not being dropped to orbit; game crashes entirely and im starting to worry if this will damage my hardware.

Crashing like crazy, but it's not the computer crashing, just the game.

1 ReplyJust happened to me for the first time on Xbox One (black launch model console, 1TB) but by the look of this thread I should expect more? I've played about ten matches between yesterday and today and this was the first time for me. Have attached video capture from the moment that it happened.

Hard crash(es) for me too. No rhyme or reason, just playing and suddenly the game freezes. Music still playing, but no controls. To fix - i have to kill the game. Xbox is fine at this point. hardware - xbox one x.

Got this same thing to happen. Invaded and only saw one enemy team member and the game froze with him in my sights.

Just did this to me and my daughter. Both playing on Xbox One Xs side-by-side. Gambit match, first round, froze at same time. Had to quit D2. Kalos3125 & Evoken Twilight.

I'm frozen in Gambit right now, Xbox one X. Been waiting for a few minutes in a denial that ita gonna come back, not looking that way. I'm gonna have to close out game.

My game has also crashed twice whilst playing gambit. It did not happen every game, but every other game for me. I am playing on PC.

It’s happened to me twice in three games. Not only is it negatively impacting me, but my teammates are also being negatively impacted. If it continues to happen, I will get banned and then there’s no reason for me to play. If we could fix this I’d be very grateful.

Yep same here, 4 times today , gambit just freezes but Xbox is working fine in the background (can go to home screen etc etc) Varies in time it takes to crash

Hey bungie better remove your screwed up gambit.. I tried to play 2 more games blue screened with a c-34878 error code mid game.

I'm om PS 4. Mid game I got a blue screen with an error code c-something had to log in again happen yesterday also. Yesterday mid game, game over we won no opposing team listed at end. The whole other team disconnected and it's not because they were losing.
