Sniper is way less though at least I play with Revoker. I sometimes shoot players and swear it is a head shot but nothing happens. If there was no aim assist on snipers at all players that lag a lot have a big advantage and they already do. There are of course some snipers with way more aim assist like Alone as a god, Supremacy, Twilight Oath, etc. But snipers is not the first weapon that should be tuned. There are way more terrible guns like Arbalest, Erentil, shotguns in general, Telesto, etc.. Or maybe adjust the special ammo economy.
