I guess the old adage if you love someone set them free applies here. If she loves you she’ll come back. If she doesn’t then it’s probably for the best she left.

I hope she comes back, but you’re right about what it means if she doesn’t. She didn’t say what she needs to think about, I’m guessing it has to do with her situation and depression, I just wish she didn’t feel the need to withdraw. I don’t like feeling like I’m “on hold” it’s disrespectful.
