Christmas event
It was a normal Christmas eve. Snow piled up by several inches on the streets and sidewalks, lights and decorations covering nearly every possible inch of every building, and the occasional carol could be heard as you wandered the city. As you wandered for a few moments, you take news paper with the title, "Countless presents stolen on Christmas eve, thief yet to be identified," on the front page in a large font. You read more on the topic and find, "Small trails of presents have been found in a forest nearby, those willing to follow the trail are yet to return."
Perhaps you should investigate.

He tosses his bag of stolen gifts and turns towards you. "You wanna steal my gifts?! Steal my loot?! Then come and get!" He quickly jumps into the hole and a large mechanical nutcracker rises from the ground with a chimney mounted to its right arm like a cannon and the Christmas tree on its back. Update: thanks to the collective effort of many brave souls, the mech has been destroyed and the lost gifts secured. [spoiler]boss time!!![/spoiler]

Nah that would be more trouble than it's worth, we already have that issue with 106 around this time of year..."
