What’s an upgrade you want for you body.
Not a super power. Just something that makes everyday life easier.
I would choose night vision. It makes driving home from work 9 o clock at night much easier. Especially in the rain.

A quantum computer/memory core with a neuro link implanted into my brain granting me unlimited perfect memory and nearly instantaneous processing speed. Basically it would give me the ability to remember everything I experience with perfect clarity, solve complex problems almost instantaneously, and can concentrate on multiple things at once while performing tasks.
