Missing loot drops from Haunted forest reward chest
So i got into the festival of hte lost a little late and there doesnt appear to be a way to submit a ticket.
but ive been getting legendary helmets and chest peices from the hunted forest reward chest but they never entered my inventory or my mailbox.
can a moderator recover these items for me? I got them around 9:00pm-11:00pm central time (utc -6:00) 11/18/19
my mailbox and my inventory were never full at any point and the only drops that made it into my inventory or my mailbox (That were not chocolate coins) were the items that dropped from mobs and not the chest.

Edited by RedPhoenix HD: 11/19/2019 8:02:40 PManything from the forest chest would be mods (i.e. masks) - you need to go to the mods inventory to unlock them However, since FOTL is over now, it is too late to do anything about it - the mods may even be deleted if they were not unlocked prior to the reset this morning.
