Divinity Checkpoints....Add them!
This is really stupid. Raid’s have checkpoints. Quests have steps. WE complete the sequences, so why don’t we have checkpoints for this? I have tried to complete this raid for the past, almost, 10 hours, and still no complete. I tried to LFG from this very app, and every one of them leaves.
Either change the raid boss or add the damn checkpoints.

1 ReplyI got my new stadia and played destiny 2 for multiple smaller sessions only to realize that the session was not being saved and every time I was starting from the cosmodron. That was really frustrating. Then I played it for 2 hours straight. I crossed 3 'levels' and thought this to be enough to save the game at some checkpoint. I left the game only to come back and start from the beginning. This is really frustrating. I might just not play this game again. Very bad experience. This is not how online gaming should be.

Checkpoints are OP. Nerf it.

1 ReplyYou can get back to the beginning of the raid from any checkpoint with some creative jumping. No glitches needed.

There's no checkpoints because you're unlocking parts of a mechanism.

It’s not hard at all to do it in one run. The first time I ran GoS I got divinity. Getting it isn’t bad. The raid isn’t hard.

Wait, hold up a minute. Are you saying that youre getting players from lfg that are leaving? Impossible.

I got two people the gun lastnight who never ran any raid before. It took 9hrs. A checkpoint would of allowed me to get some sleep.

2 RepliesI have to agree with the naysayers on this one, it stinks but it also takes out 30 runs of Riven to get the raid exotic. The biggest problem with the raid is too many people are afraid to go hard and act immediately. The wave of adds is gone, build now. Don't discuss. Can't find that 15th mote, don't wait and look forever, get the hell out and just run a quick extra run. The boss is turned sideways and it's going to take more people to reach the tether cross, get the hell up there and help instead of watching. That's what has killed more boss fights for me this raid than anything, and I have plenty more LFG failures than my lucky one success with Divinity in play. People wait to be told what to do instead of just acting.

It's just like the Outbreak quest worked in D1 with Wrath. Absolutely no problem whatsoever with the way this is setup just gotta go out and get it done.

Just get a clan and don't use LFG for raids... It's only connection to leave, whiners and wannabe-pros... Especially for quests like divinity...
