So on my girlfriends account ever since shadow keep dropped she hasn't been able to play No matter the ps4 i thought it was just hers but i tried logging in on her account on my ps4 and it still crashes on my ps4 with no connection to eachother so its something with her account. But i crashes and pops up a code CE-34878-0 when crashed can u guys please help she really want to play and shes giving up hope :(

A CE error is a PS4 system error, not a Destiny error. The first thing to do is unplug the Playstation from power and leave it unplugged from power for at least 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, plug it back in and turn it on. Now go to your system settings and check for Playstation updates. If there are any install them. After checking for system updates do the same thing for the D2 app. While hovering over the app select Options then check for updates. If there are any updates then please install them. If you hand updates that needed to be installed either at the system or game level, after they've installed try playing the game. If you're still getting this error after installing updates then the next step is going to be a complete re-initialization of the PS4 system software. For this you will need to visit the Sony support website to get the necessary information on the process and the system software to do it properly. And if a system re-init doesn't work then at that point it likely means the PS4 has some kind of hardware failure. It could be as simple as a failing hard drive which is easily fixed by replacing the drive or it could be an issue on the logic board which isn't easily fixed.
