artifact universal?
is the artifact gonna be universal for all characters for example if i stack xp bounties on all my characters then turn them all in on one character will the artifact be the same level for my other 2?

3 RepliesNo. They are separate. Basically for the non hardcore you’ll want to boost you two alts some, to get extra points for your main. It’s a bad gimmick to make you spread playtime across characters.
