Heroic menageries drop chances don't seem to be working...
Basically it was my first time doing heroic menagerie this week and according to bungie... it's a 100% drop.
That's a lie. I didn't get it not once but twice, everyone else got one... not me. Did it a few more times just to be sure and nothing.
I honestly don't know what happened, a bug? A glitch?
If anyone else had this problem please feel free to tell you side, because this is straight up unfair to people who can only do a few heroic menagerie stuff and have limited time on the game.
Seriously if anyone has a explanation, feel free to share it as I'm baffled.

Which to me is too little too late. Never mind. I just went and checked for myself and you are correct it should be live now. Not sure what is wrong cause they sure said one was a given.
