Yeah, but that takes into account only if your fireteam is also using it, which yeah, causes a huge hit to Primevals and taken bosses. For a solo player, however, there's no real use to equip it unless you happen to see another one or two people using it, in which case you're being a detriment to your team by not equipping a masterwork primary and a high dps heavy exotic. And sure, you can definitely make a lfg post outlining using malfeasance only, but let's be real, there's a higher chance of Gjallorhorn coming back then you getting a full fireteam with that requirement.
