Did you go into your triumphs page and claim the Menagerie triumph?

Does this solved the problem. Cause after 1 game I do not have access anymore

In order to continue playing the Menagerie, you need to claim the triumph, purchase the Power and Efficiency I upgrade for the Chalice, and open a chest on the barge.
