Not entirely sure which thing you're referring to, but she either gives you a [b]bounty [/b]or a [b]milestone [/b](found on the left-hand side of the Director screen), so look for a new milestone with the Eververse symbol or check your bounties for the one you picked up, not quests.

It was the season of opulence quest

She doesn't give you a quest. It's a bounty to get 150 kills. The Season of Opulence "Power Surge" quest comes from Benedict in the Tower, over in the Annex
