exotic do drop, in an addition exotic catalysts can trigger it

They drop and decrypt automatically honestly this does need a fix and is being ignored

They only auto decrypt on pick up and that is when they count or a catalyst. My clanmate and I just completed this within the past 2 weeks.

Those are not the ones that count. The ones that do would drop in place of prime engrams or run strikes until you get a catalyst.
