They have 3 community managers or whatever. Only 1 of them actually plays at a good level from their stats and numbers. They reply to stupid issues, they aren't allowed to reply to anything unless their masters allow it. They had a great idea, that idea left or was fired. Then greed took over amd this is what we are left with. This is a good game, but I've jumped off the hamster wheel. I might buy D3 as a collection for cheap in a couple years, but I'm done preordering.
