Well you guys certainly botched this one. On top of Revelry buffs, a toxic-by-design comp playlist, and the year-plus long absence of Trials, you guys manage to show a flagrant lack of respect for your player’s time. The Bungie that made Halo is long gone and you guys no longer have anyone else to blame when your series maintains its downward trajectory of mediocrity. Uninstalled and won’t be back for D3. Good luck with wherever it is you think you’re doing.

2 RepliesI took a few days to think things over before posting my opinion on this matter. I didnt want to make a knee jerk reaction to a significant shift/upcoming change. As someone who just recently acquired NF and invested a big chunk/portion of time into it i feel like i should voice my opinion. I very much welcome the change from 180rpm down to 150, i think this is a wonderful idea and in no way do i consider it a nerf. I do not however fully agree with Magnificent Howl nerf. I understand the reasoning of avoiding 2 taps etc but there are several weapons in the sandbox that can 2 tap already and the 2 tap is such a rare occurrence i dont feel the end justifies the means to this change, rewarding body shots instead of precision hits seems unjustifiable to me.

Archetype change is acceptable, in fact that change alone would balance the weapon. Re-purposing the perk to force players to body shot kill, and removing the potential for 2 taps is absolutely ridiculous. First Revelry in pvp, and now this. It is getting difficult to tell if you guys actually know what pvp players enjoy/want from your game.

I literally just got Not Forgotten two days ago and to find out several hundred hours of grinding is now just getting nerfed into the ground is a shame to say the least. I would have rather seen NF become an exotic and keep the same stats. These are top tier weapons for a reason. I understand the more casual community who has died by these two weapons countless times. I’ve been there and it was infuriating. BUT it forced me to change my play style and become better at PvP as a whole. I put the time in to get it and I don’t feel that I should be punished because of the way the gun performs. There have been several mentions previously that adding in another way to get the guns.. a even much longer quest line that if you keep playing you will get NF/LH but seems you get crucified for your hard work. Just leave the weapons alone and make new ones. A negative of this game is playing with weapons that are a shadow of what they used to be.

Maybe you should relay information about matchmaking. If it actually worked you wouldn't have to nerf anything. Look into fixing matchmaking properly before nerfing weapons again due to laziness.

1 ReplyEdited by Dreamless: 4/27/2019 5:14:53 PMOk, you smoldering wiener jackets, the forums have been overflowing with feedback about how the lunas and NF are just too potent and you decide to speak NOW with complaints like 'oh we farmed so much for it and literally can't imagine it being nerfed a bit'. Half the PvPers won't care (the good ones) and will test it and if it ain't good enough, just switch to a different gun because that is how meta works. The other half will keep crying that their weapon was changed (not nerfed). In terms of 'grinding for it', it is literally a 2-day farm for luna if you wanted to be first, if not it just gradually happened over 1-2 weeks to get it. If you couldn't reach fabled that precision archetype was not for you anyways. TL;DR 1. Give feedback continuously and don't use forums just to be whiny sausage whisperers post factum 2. Learn to change gear, there is more than 1 weapon in the game 3. Don't talk about the "nerf" before you test it

Bungie can you please dial down the ghost shells, ships, shaders, and sparrows from eververse engrams after we have collected everything .. the armor rarely drops and it's what most of us want every season .. it's pretty obvious you have made the cosmetics way more abundant in drops than the armor .. i can save ten engrams and not get 1 piece of armor but 6 sunshot shells.. The vendor rolls Tess sells each week are horrible and they don't even change from season to season event to event or week to week ... I dont understand why you make the armor so cool if your not gonna give us a chance to get good perks on it .. Cause you need about six lucky rabbits feet to even get one characters set with good perks Please do something with the eververse armor

1 ReplyWhat is with this nightfall specific loot? Played surely 30 times the strange terrain and still no rocket launcher. I bet we have another bug here. Would be akward if you at bungie create a patch without bugs. 🤦🏻♂️ I can‘t see this strike anymore and it feels like a totally waste to play. I thought there‘s a buff with every time i run this strike. This was one of the reasons i play your game and now i have no motivation to get this rocket launcher.

You arent embarrassed just a little? Tiny bit? Of course not. But nerf and patch out fun...that you can do quick fast in a hurry. Maybe sell a fix at eververse.

All you dev's are good for is SILENCE. Everyone is wondering what is going on with the broken game and you have nothing but SILENCE. I see some more fed up employees left today. I wonder why. All the information we get from the ones that are leaving is unbelievable. Is this a sinking ship? The first to go are the rats.

1 ReplyThank you Bungie!! As a PvE player the 20 orbs is awesome! As a PvE player who has had ikelos, whisper, supers, etc. nerfed, the nerfing of Luna and NF seems only fair. Though, I insist that you shouldn’t be nerfing anything, instead make leagues in PvP and restrict the use of those weapons to “Major Leagues”. Nerfing creates lots of dissatisfaction. As a blueberry in PvP (and now with my antlers a Bambi) I respect hard core players, the real complain is having Mayor leagues players massacring little league players” the nerfings don’t solve the REAL issue.

1 ReplyIt's very sad and frustrating to see the way you disrupt and destroy Destiny. Destiny 1 arrived at the end of year 3 totally finished by excessive nerfs, so that arms that were magnificent were totally unused, and now, after a period where it was thought that we would have an evolution of the game after the frustrating launch of D2, we returned the same stake 0. Nerf to Luna and NF is simply disrespect the player and end up with the best weapons in the game. You should think about balancing up, improving other weapons to be competitive with others, not destroying a weapon just because it is better than the other. Unfortunately we see that Destiny has lost thousands of players and you are struggling to lose the remaining ones. I hope you reconsider and do not do this with these weapons. I play Destiny at 4 years and I feel frustrated to see this kind of news after so much suffering to get an item in the game
