Again, you are blowing it way out of proportion. You can get the same effect from being in a warlock empowering rift, WoR, sunspot, or banner shield. As much as you think it might be, this is not game breaking, and will likely have a minimal effect on crucible. Will you come across it? Yes. Is every Titan in the game going to be running it? Hell no. Before you go ranting about crucible being completely destroyed because of one perk on one subclass, perhaps you should actually try using it first to see first hand how it is instead of just acting like the game is now ruined.

Notice all the things you listed are supers or rely on standing still in a buff area to accomplish it. All those things require more effort than simply punching someone and gaining the buff. If you engage people in those buff zones its one thing and quite frankly your own fault. Having a teammate get punched then ending up 1 tapped by a bow, Sturm n such is entirely different and beyond stupid. What is the counter play to it? You can counter the others by simply not going near those zones. It's impossible to tell if some titan punched someone before finishing them off with a gun to get the buff. I don't understand how the only class with 1 shot melee also needs to be getting a +20% dmg buff that allows other forms of 1 shoting by simply punching someone. People blow gaskets over anything hunters or warlocks have thats good yet titans running around with this + oem is fine? I get most hunter cry baby nerf fits being thrown are mainly console players crying hunters can jump high enough to break the aim assist lock on but this is pathetic that more one shots are being added to this mess of a game.

Have you tried the subclass tree, or are you simply running on assumptions? Based on your comments, I think it's safe to assume the latter. Also I misspoke. You must get a charged melee kill to activate the perk, not just a melee hit. So until you actually try for yourself to see how "broken" something actually is, please refrain from crying about it. Also you seem to think that the damage buff from OEM is something significant. It adds a 5% boost, which still is less with the perk active than kill clip alone. OEM is good yes, but it doesn't make you an instagod. So please, just stop complaining. You are achieving nothing other than to make yourself sound childish. Addionally, if you are feeling Titan envy that badly, why don't you just play as one? You have three character slots for a reason.

Wrong, I meleed, then finished someone off with drang. Switched to Sturm n 1 tapped someone for over 200 dmg. I obviously tested this or I wouldn't be complaining about it. Ohh it's only 25% buff lololol. Tell me what % buff can warlocks n hunters get with a 16 second duration and chase people around with? Short of camping a rift n being easily avoided 0%. Why do titans need multiple stacking dmg buffs that enable stupid shit? Go try a Duke with kill clip + punch buff + oem buff if you want a really good laugh or just 1 shot people with bows that are damn near impossible to miss with.
