so, i'm a Asia-America server player, and after i finished my job and try to login,
it says my account is banned. i was like 'what...?' for a moment and try to find what is going on.
anddddd i found nothing! no email, no caution but just saying 'nope u can't play!'
i often use the program call "Kalmuri" and "bandicam", which is screenshot capturing program and
screen record program which made by korean.
i usually play all kind of game as borderless screen and run another programs.
such as chatting program, screeen capturing...etc.
anyway i'm pretty sure this is what makes me ban...but seriously?
is there anyone who knows what is going on?
i hope bungie reply and i REALLY hope i can play this game again...

1 ReplyYou won't be playing again on this account. Bans are permanent, will not be overturned for any reason and will not be discussed. This account, is DONE. They warned players when Destiny 2 launched that any piece of software which had the ability to insert code or modify code will result in the player receiving a ban. Regardless if that software was for Destiny 2 or not. It is the PLAYER'S RESPONSIBILITY to know what is running and how those programs work. You agreed to the SLA, ToS and EULA; that stated you agreed to these rules. Stick a fork in your account, it's done.

2 Replies2 hrs ago everything normal, then i went to bed, then got banned. -_- no reason, of course. I used OBS to stream the glitch infinite super on IO. My friends want to know about it. At the same time i used ProtonVPN to change my ip to hongkong to download a game because the AAG cables are under maintenance, and the normal download speed becomes very slow. Then they think those 2 are 3rd illegal software?? -___- Many ppl say that bungie doesnt respond to ban posts, but one of my friend 's been unbanned some hrs ago, but i didnt get that miracle! So.. WTF is this shit?

8 RepliesTypically, pc bans are due to software detected by Destiny 2 while running. These include but not limited to, trainers, aimbots, autofire, mods, graphics hacks, anything that injects code into games, debuggers for programing, even some viruses. any of these could cause a ban, even if not destiny 2 specific. Kalmuri does not seem like it could cause any issues, however depending on how Bandicam functions it might. Seeing that it uses DirectX/OpenGL/Vulkan to capture the game. It is going above what most screen cap or recording software uses, even more so since it can add overlays and real time drawings to the game. Bungie does not discuss restrictions or bans. Restrictions are temporary, and will not be overturned or undone before they expire. Once an account is banned however, that ban is permanent. Account restrictions and bans are only done in extreme cases; if actions were taken against your account, then it was with reason. There are NO options to dispute or overturn account restrictions or bans. Bans are lifetime for that account https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11929

8 RepliesUnfortunately bungie doesnt respond to ban posts.. Once you are banned, they found the evidence they needed to ban the account. They wont discuss it, and there is no appeal process
