Who do I contact regarding restrictions? I refuse to be given a 2 month restriction for an apparent “bad” connection. My connection is perfectly fine. I point blank refuse to pay for the annual pass and be banned for 2 months of an entire season. If I can’t get this overturned them I’m demanding a refund. I’m not paying for something I can’t get the use of, I have access to nothing but strikes and The Reckoning. This game’s servers are an utter joke, it’s pathetic that they still run on P2P.

Who do I contact regarding restrictions?
No one.
My connection is perfectly fine.
If that were true, you wouldn't be restricted at the moment. If you want a refund contact the retailer who you bought the annual pass from.

1 ReplyEdited by TuxyDoh: 3/12/2019 12:13:08 PMIf you are on a 2 month that would mean that you were either unable to or refused to correct your connection stability issues from the initial 2 week restriction. Either way, the answer is the same: Bungie does not discuss restrictions or bans. Restrictions are temporary, and will not be overturned or undone before they expire. Once an account is banned however, that ban is permanent. Account restrictions and bans are only done in extreme cases; if actions were taken against your account, then it was with reason. There are NO options to dispute or overturn account restrictions or bans. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/11929
