Patch 2.1.4 missed spots

[b]Stormtrance[/b] -Increased Chain Lightning damage by 30% in PvE -Increased Landfall damage by 50% in PvE -Reduced Ionic Blink super energy cost by 50% -Arc Souls now get a damage bonus while standing in Empowering Rift or Well of Radiance [b]Ward of Dawn[/b] -Increased Armor of Light overshield health from 420 to 480 -Increased Armor of Light melee damage bonus from 50% to 60% to allow it to kill more free-roam Supers in 3 hits -Melee damage bonus from Armor of Light lasts for up to 5 seconds after stepping out of Ward of Dawn -Melee kills while Armor of Light melee damage bonus is active give 1.5x more Super Energy (2x if done inside Ward of Dawn) -Orbs of Light from activating Ward of Dawn now also spawn for the user in PvE (Not including Gambit, additional orb from Crest of Alpha Lupi will only spawn for teammates), allowing it to be more consistent in solo and group gameplay -Guardians who step into an enemy Ward of Dawn will get their movement speed and jump height cut in half until they get out [b]Burning Maul[/b] -Increased hitbox size of spin attack by 10% -Reduced spin attack’s super energy cost by 25% -Reduced slam attack’s super energy cost by 20% [b]Hammer of Sol[/b] -Increased blast radius of un-upgraded and Sunspot Hammers by 0.5m
