Black forge waste of 40 bucks
Paid 40 dollars for A,P for black forge waste of money! Didn't know you have too be light lvl 610 and that's just to pass the first round wow really! By the time I'm high enough why would I want to do it. I might have found better weapons by then! Screw you Bungie I want my money back!!

Their gear carries perk combo's that are not available on any other weapon (e.g, Surrounded perk Swords, Drop Mag + Zen Moment + Kill Clip pulse rifles, Kill Clip + Rampage hand cannons, etc.), so you won't be finding any better legendary gear anytime soon, especially at LS < 650.

END GAME CONTENT,bungie said it 100 times. Forsaken was out for 3 months, their is seriously no reason you weren't 600 or pretty close, even minimal time played gets you there. Don't give someone $40 without knowing what it's for, so yeah you wasted $40, it's your own dam fault.

You didn't pay 40 just for black armory. You get other future DLC. You also have a 611 hunter and that's enough to go into the forge if you're a decent player.

Sorry not a (pro) I don't sit on my azz researching everything! But however I do know most people that I know stopped playing Destiny 2, but I'm trying to hang with it!!

I know for a -blam!-ing fact you didn't pay 40 bucks for JUST the black armory dlc it's a pack you can't buy them separately you will get the next dlcs when they come out

Black Armory (not "forge") was described from the beginning as providing end game content. End game content is supposed to be relevant at max light. So your surprise is due to your own lack of attention and poor consumer habits. Also, black armory is only 1 of 3 events that the annual pass will give access to. The other two, joker's wild, and penumbra, are not released yet.

Good thing I bought the Annual Pass that contained Black Armory and not Black Forge! Whew, dodged a bullet there! I too was upset when Black Armory launched due to the unreasonable power level requirements to start running the forges. If you were already 600, you still had to grind for a week or so to get to a level where clearing the forges was possible. They should have stepped the difficulty of the forges - like 610 for Volunder, 620 for Gofannon, 630 for Izanami, etc. It would have given folks a chance to learn on the lower levels and continue through the forges as their power level rose. I think it was unwise and they didn't give the process enough thought before releasing it. Dropping the power level of the boss to 625 in Volundr definitely helped though. Once you have ground your power level up to the max though, the forges are not an issue. They are actually enjoyable and go by fairly quickly. The new Black Armory armor and weapons are fresh and not just reskins of current weapons. I have yet to attempt the new Sourge of the Past raid, but have watched the Khackis raid for dummies video. It looks fun and my clan should start running it soon. You didn't pay $40 for Black Armory. Only 1/3rd of that is BA, the rest is for the next two content drops.

-Armory, not forge. -It was stated that the annual pass was an expansion to the endgame. -You payed for a year of content put out across three expansions, not one expansion on its own. Sounds to me like you didn’t actually learn about what it is you were paying for. Maybe do that in the future, it usually works out.

All I hear with these posts is “waaaahhhhh”. It’s a $10 little endgame thing. You probably easily spend that much on a damn meal that you’ll crap out in 8 hours. I’ve had plenty of fun with Black ARMORY since it came out. You people need to just stop playing because you clearly don’t understand what you’re buying.

First of all Black Forge XD its black armory Secondly it was clearly stated as end game content so yeah no duh its 610. Also they even stated themselves that it would be higher than 600 before launch. Third you're paying 40 dollars for content through the year. 3 expansions not just this
