My solution to the Luna Not Forgotten situation

I tried my best last season to get to 2100, got to about 950 solo. Thought I could do the same this season, but I can't get past 200 by myself. I'm not good in comp, I'm over 40 and my reflexes aren't as good as they used to be. I'm bored with PvE for the most part, looking for helpful PvP players is like pulling teeth. I think these guns should be locked in both modes. If the user has it equipped in comp, they should queue with others who also have it equipped. Can be unequipped after start, but cannot be equipped after match starts if user is trying to avoid playing other Luna NF users. In QP, they should be locked out of the mode entirely. Cannot be equipped before or during match. The way it is now, these guns give good players another advantage over average or below average players that they don't need. If they're good and want to use it, let them play each other. This is driving down the comp player base, which sends the Luna NF players to quickplay. This in turn makes less want to play QP, because it's great going up against a team of 6 with a few Luna NF users. If this keeps up, there will be only be the hardcore players to play each other with no more meat to feed them. They can lock equipment in the Nightfall, this shouldn't be hard to implement.
