As title, I picked up Titanfall 2 a while back when it was on sale and finally got round to playing the campaign. Obviously I’m really late to the party here, but the Effect and Cause (time travel) level is the best thing I’ve experienced in a FPS game in a long time.

1 ReplyEpic game that died waaay too soon.

4 RepliesTitanfall 2 is probably the best game I’ve ever played in terms of online PvP. Everything just works, and it really makes you feel like Spider-Man.

1 Replyi find the pvp a lot of fun and i would love to get into it and get really good at it but i really only like the pvp for the movement and feeling of guns, not so much for the titans, so pilots vs pilots is the only thing i really play and those lobbies are super hard to find so i don’t play much. i wish i had played more when the game was more popular though.

Edited by blade329: 1/2/2019 8:59:17 PMSeriously, Titanfall 2 has the best PvP mode I have ever played. EA is a scumbag company. They screwed over Titanfall 2 just so they could buy it on the cheap. The irony is, they will destroy what made it great in the first place.

One of my favourite games ever. That mission you mentioned was great, but honestly the second last mission is probably one of, if not my favourite mission from any video game ever.
It’s the one where you jump between aircrafts and fight Viper
Didn’t like the PvP as much as the first game. But as a game, it really wasn’t anything incredible. I think the bar is just that low now that any game that isn’t completely garbage is seen as the messiah.

1 ReplyI hope they do a TF 3 but this time with a better release window and more advertising.
-
Yeah the game single handedly ruined all other shooters for me. It pisses all over all current shooters and by a very very large distance too.

6 RepliesIs it worth the hype/dough?

4 RepliesEdited by Mercury: 1/1/2019 4:07:03 AMIt’s a crime what EA did to that game... Glad you enjoy it!

1 ReplyWhat Titan do you main?

It was a pretty fun campaign. Effect & Cause didn’t wow me as much as a lot of people, because they didn’t do anything with it that a lot if other platformers (like Guacamelee for instance) hadn’t already done. Plus, A Crack in the Slab (Dishonored 2) was a lot more creative with it, but that’s kind of unfair because it was Dishonored’s level structure that allowed it to do so much. All in all, though, fun campaign. I liked the platforming elements.

The first game that I platted and I was willing to plat as well
-
2 RepliesYep, it's one of those games that everyone who played it knows it's great, just not enough people played it.
-
I like the mission where all the houses are sideways, it's all disorienting and like wuh
-
OMG Right!? That was a proper game.
-
I should get back into playing Frontier Defense. But here’s to hoping that there’s another Titanfall game (without loot boxes or scammy micro transactions). Respawn deserves better than what EA demands of them

Edited by HollowedWayfarer: 1/1/2019 7:18:38 AMHonestly one of the best games I’ve ever played. EA really screwed it over by releasing it between Battlefield and Call of Duty.
-
One of the most under rated games of all time
-
I see. You to have been enlightened.

1 Replyits honestly a really good game, i hope you enjoy playing it
