Will Zavala turn to the darkness?
It seems like since the beginning of the Red War, Zavala has gone into a downward spiral. Eva Lavante even said that he is in a dark place after you came back from giving him his gift which he had little to no reaction to.
Might Zavala lose his shit by Destiny 3 or even D2 Year 3?

His spiral downward was just his distrust after the Red War. He’s just trying to play any war defensively. Side note: I don’t think cookies can instantly make someone happy
