People live stream recovs on twitch on a daily basis do you really think twitch would allow illegal activity on their website? Think about it

Who said "illegal"? I said it was against the rules. Anyways, considering there's been multiple publicized incidents of people streaming while aimbotting, etc. and even advertising said aimbots (also things like stream sniping, bronze to GM runs in Overwatch, etc.), I don't think Twitch has the most amazing enforcement.
