Clearly this gun is balanced by having poor range
-
that looks fine to me mate its kinda on the cusp of being the god it is and a pea shooter at that range but at least it wasnt a post of someone saying they have been mapped by it
-
1 ReplySeems the only time you can land three crits is when they're not aiming at you lol
-
9 RepliesThis weapon need a serious buff.
-
2 RepliesThat's why i use Redrix broadsword as primary for long range. Both guns do complete each other.
-
Then go for not forgotten...
-
The only range I need from a hand cannon is my masterworked Crimson. And also I’ll probably never come close to getting LH, let alone Not Forgotten.. so, yeah lol
-
3 Replies..... not forgotten.... cough cough

wAteR iS wET.

8 RepliesThat is indeed poor range. Most handcannons reach double that . Doesnt help that all D2 maps are the smallest maps in the series.
-
2 RepliesLuna’s howl is a placeholder fun until you can get Not Forgotten. I’d say if you don’t have it already put on target adjuster as it makes the gun more consistent. (:
-
Luna's Howl has poor base range stats but the bonus damage perks essentially negate this. This is pretty much the same situation as explosive rounds on a hand cannon, or Malfeasance.
-
Once you get not forgotten that “range is no longer an issue”. Not forgotten is literally a better version of luna
-
Clearly these maps cater to close quarter combat
-
Not forgotten is the one with rank
-
1 ReplyUgghhh I can't stand drop mag 😱
-
1 ReplyThis is why I don't play crucible anymore. Nobody gets sarcasm.
-
1 ReplyIt really does though, especially in those last 2 engagements. But Magnificent Howl makes up for it with the raw damage it puts out per bullet. Any other 180 with that much range would probably get stomped out fast, because they're always hitting for low damage instead of ramping up quickly and suddenly on one target. I'm not defending the gun(or the perk), but its range is in fact extremely low.
