Do you plan to? Or are you about to part ways with Destiny?

No it's greed pack not pass, not worth it for crap game play n delay in player response too movement n response to target not like d 1 at all.big let down. Finding another game. N say whatever you like it is what it is.
-
Not yet because Xbox will not let me buy it separately.
-
8 RepliesI just need to know what they’re doing. So far pretty much all they said was that there is an armory and it’s black.
-
27 RepliesGot RDR2 instead. Pretty sure I’m done with Destiny for now, the forums are more entertaining than the game.
-
Definitely not pre ordering it or getting it Day one. I’ll wait a bit, see how it is, and then maybe. I like Destiny and Forsaken was enjoyable but I’ve already got other games to finish as well. The grind just isn’t that appealing anymore.
-
1 ReplyOn Dec 4 we will know for sure what's going on. Untill then..... "It's all part of the plan"
-
Im excited for it, should be fun. Destiny has always done a good job at scratching my gaming itch. Although, if Halo Infinite is really good when it comes out Destiny is going bye bye for a while though. Halo is my favorite game and always will be.
-
Don't plan on getting it. I'm just worried that the new meta weapons will be locked in the dlc to try and force people into getting it.
-
I wouldn’t play this game if they paid me.
-
2 RepliesNo more preordering for me. Every single time i regret it. Now i wait and see.
-
4 RepliesNo surprise that Bungie haven't commented on this thread.
-
4 RepliesTake a look at Fallout 76 if you want to know what preordering does to the industry.
-
2 Replies
Who here has not yet bought the annual pass?
The real question is, why would you pre-order when they've told us practically nothing about the new content yet? Bungie burned their blind loyalty bridges ages ago (repeatedly) with most people, even those that enjoy Destiny.
-
Already parted ways, haven’t bought foreskin but was contemplating it actually very recently but probably won’t. Is there a new dlc coming now?.... new raid or something? Trials back?
-
Considering we’re a few weeks from release and still know almost nothing about what’s in it I’d say no. I have not purchased it. Probably won’t either.
-
I haven't. I'm waiting for Y3 where Activision gives it to me for free again.
-
No... -blam!- this game any more
-
No plans to jump in. Maybe after Christmas.

Edited by Jy-Seven: 11/25/2018 11:55:29 PMNo rush I only got forsaken mainly because of the weapon system changes, before that I stayed on D1. I still check the gunsmith weapon packages I hold. PvE is good still plenty for me to do, love the dreaming city looks amazing but the well is a bit boring compared to archons forge and court of oryx. Gambit was a nice addition apart from invaders seeing where you are constantly. PvP huge mess unbalanced with not much counter play especially against supers, vague radar, mostly weak grenades and heavy spam and I played PvP in D1 for 3 years constantly, D2 PvP QuickPlay or comp pick your poison it's just in a bad state. Our classes and subclasses got ripped apart and got locked in. Alot of useless armour exotics needs buffing. Nova warp needs to be buffed. Picking what game mode I wanted to play in D1 while grinding out weapon bounties. Heavy ammo synths. Rerolling exotics and masterworks And what's with the ugly armour in D2 did ghaul attack bungie studio's too and they forgot what they did in D1

3 RepliesIm waiting. If its anything like CoO or WM then no. Bungie has a track record of making crap DLC at a $20 price point per DLC. Besides, what if Black Armory is the only good one out of the 3? Highly skeptical about what Bungie will deliver. Hoping for the best tho.

I’m fine waiting for forsaken AND the annual pass to be reasonably priced. Like, $20ish for all of it. And if that day never comes, that’s ok with me. There are other games out there after all, and nothing about this expansion has me feeling like I NEED to get it. In fact, the only destiny urge I’ve had recently is to reinstall D1.
-
22 RepliesParting ways, for now. I’m loving RDR2 and am contemplating another 100% play through of Horizon: Zero Dawn. D2 has pushed me back into single player games. I do hope they get this figured out, BUT then what will they do to -blam!- it up again when they launch D3? Fool me once...
-
Wish I didn't... This game sucks. Too much grind. Not enough fresh content. "Ooh. A new weapon has been added to the game... oh, wait. I have to do the same repetitive shit I've already done thousands of times. Yeah, nope. F@ck that. Back to Red Dead Redemption for me..."
-
5 RepliesHaven’t and probably won’t. Destiny 1 was fun because I had friends playing it. I played D2 mostly as a solo player and it is just an awful game to play solo.
-
1 ReplyI had 0 intentions of buying it when they advertised it when their game was a pile of crap. After buying the updated version of the now lukewarm pile of dung I can say that I still have 0 intentions to buy that boujé ass season pass. Bungie is full of idiots that can’t get their game right so I see no reason to trust that they can get their add on season pass crap right either. Though I’m sure there are lots of knuckleheads out there with more cents than brains that would gladly throw their money at any kind of carrot dangled in front of them by Bungie.

I got it because i enjoy the game
