To point 3. If you’re in my group doing that and I figure it out it’s an instant das boot. However if you let me know beforehand I’ll gladly teach. Best way to do that is get invited to the party and say “I’ve never done the raid, but watched videos and have a rough understanding.”

I have to add, that I don’t ask if you’ve done the raid. If you don’t say that it’s your first time I expect you to know everything about the raid in your sleep (except the vault puzzle). I’m not gonna check your stats or raid completions because I trust that you’re honest. Which is also why I don’t give second chances if I find out you’re not upfront with me. Be honest and upfront and I’ll teach you(within bounds of reason of course. Not gonna teach someone who comes in ill equipped or severely under leveled.)
