the problem is alot of players just do gambit just for the power engram and don't care about the win or lose.just take out the power engram and youl find it will be better and while your at it take it out from pvp too

Take away the powerful rewards from Gambit and Crucible and no one will play either mode. Sure a handful of guardians will, but for the most part it will be a ghost town.

Edited by amandajc808: 10/27/2018 12:57:43 PMNot true, I don't play crucible at all, powerful engram or not and only recently started playing gambit which I enjoy, not for the powerful engram though. I am as are many others 600 light and will be for some time. Sure you'll get some people playing these for the engrams, quests etc, but for the most part, people play it because they want to.

That’s why crucible numbers have been plummeting hard since 600 power is becoming more and more common. You could say it’s because the game’s momentum is slowing but PvE numbers aren’t dropping as much. Gambit we unfortunately don’t have a site tracking daily players afaik. So I can’t say what’s actually happening there. I just assume that’s what will be because you’ll soon find out that Gambit is a repetitive slog. The first 30-50 games I played I loved it. Since then... meh? It’s the same thing over and over again and the best reward at the end of that is what? A title? I got Malfeasance the first day it was available and I’ve barely touched Gambit since.

Its not in PvP, it is its own thing.

I do it only for the engram but I atleast try and win the game
-
there are some that try but most don't care and just wont the power.
-
I've had many just dance in corner I dont no how really they can stop it I would say put some type of point threshold so people are forced to play but even that wouldn't really work
-
ya like 200 motes to get power engram and in pvp youl have to get say 50 kills to earn power engram that would sort it. just to complete a match is silly.

Pretty reasonable
