On 10/24/18 a act of domestic terrorism was commited. Rather then be relived by what didn't happen, we instantly get into politics.
Here are some facts.
Trump condemned the attacks and vows to bring these terrorist to justice.
The actions of a few do not represent the views of all. It's immature to do this.
Making vaste generalizations is a cowards way out of actual debate.
It dose not matter what political party did something years ago. It won't change what happened today.
My thoughts on the incident
Domestics Terrorism is bad no matter the party or motive. We must condemn terrorism no matter what political agenda we have. For example having a left leaning politcal agenda dose not mean you want to see GOP congressmen get shot at. If you lean right, that doesn't mean you want to see Democratic leaders get blown up.
If your political agenda wishes for that, then you're a idiot.

7 RepliesNothing happened There was a bombs expert that even said that the bombs looked fake. The one we saw a picture of looks completely fake and you could find the "timer" for it on Amazon (it wasn't even a timer it was a clock for your car). This was a false flag.

Edited by Catty_Wampus22: 10/28/2018 7:30:37 AMBut what was his response when asked if he'd tone down his rhetoric after the bombs?
QUESTION: Would you yourself pledge to tone down the rhetoric for the next few days during the campaign? TRUMP: Well, I think I've been toned down, if you want to know the truth. I could really tone it up. Because, as you know, the media has been extremely unfair to me and to the Republican Party.
He sure does always seem to find a way to be the victim.

and then u have Antifa going around... :^)

If we pumped as much money into research and education as we do military spending, we most likely wouldn't even be having this conversation. Those two things are what really change the world; Not guns or declarations.
^Wyoming

1 ReplyYup we of #Offtopic are deep in plot with Revolver Ocelot, and the Red Skull aboard Davey Jones ship planning to take over the earth. Alright now that we got that over with who are we actually condemning?

2 RepliesThe more I try to learn more about politics the more I regret trying to learn about politics. Both sides are acting like their side is good and the other is bad. Then they each give their lists of people from both sides that did bad shit. So that tells me neither side is that good. I'm neither conservative or liberal but I agree with some points on both sides as well as disagree.

I never said anything about it

It was a false flag, accept it. You're only going along with the bullshit narrative the media has spoofed you because criticizing something like this is a controversial thing to do.

3 RepliesWhen you say 'the actions of individuals dont represent the whole group', I assume you also understand that Antifa does not represent Democrats, and ISIS and al-Qaeda dont represent muslims. Just wondering if you are judging both parties by the same standards.

6 RepliesThat's just what the IllumiCookie Alt Centrist Communist Capitalist Anubis worshipping Salamanders that control the chem trails WANT you to think!

1 ReplyI condemn you for this post.

Making vaste generalizations is a cowards way out of actual debate.
Yet, that is exactly what you did for your title. I have not seen one post other then this one about any bombs and you are here throwing stones from inside your glass castle....... Let that sink in.

I wonder how somebody managed to find an address for, arguably what, 8 now? Of the most prominent Democrats in the country, mail them in such a period of time that all these interceptions happened in the same day, but was too stupid to realize that anybody that important has their mail screened for exactly this reason. I also wonder how somebody would hate all these people enough to resort to trying to murder several people, but is too stupid to realize that they did them a favor by giving them political ammunition. I also wonder what somebody thought sending fake bombs (reports are suggesting they weren't just duds, but straight up fakes just to scare people) would actually accomplish.

Logical assessment, I agree.

I feel like political discussions are getting rarer and rarer on offtopic... I love it.

If this is a false flag by some lunatic leftie to bring down the Repubs during the midterms, the person should go to jail for life. If this was an attack by a lunatic rightie, the person should go to jail for life. These acts should not be tolerated in America, no matter what side of the isle you are on.

Honestly, were you expecting a serious discussion about domestic terrorism here? If so then be prepared for disappointment.

4 RepliesI find it convenient that it’s right before midterms and also to take attention away from the caravan of people thats on its way here.
