Give Hunters a one hit melee

34 RepliesA throwing knife heads hot should be a 1-hit kill. That actually requires skill. It would also give much needed I utility to the hunter dodge and exotics that give extra knives and dodges. Hunters are definitely the weakest class in the game with the shittiest exotics.

Dude, shut up, we hunters aren't buff like Titans, we are fast, swift, stealthy, and gunslingers. We don't need 1-hit melees.

No - titans shouldn’t have scrub barge either. Scrub one hit melee wipes are for scrubs .

...and make the tripmine grenades detonate the second someone crosses it not 3 seconds later when they’re halfway across the map. Oh yeah and make them actually kill instead of just damage a player.

Do hunters deserve a one shot ability yeah. But bungie won't give it to us because titan mains (especially) and warlocks mains will complain cause it's not unique if all classes have something that one shots people and hunters are blah blah overused blah blah blah.

Use the gunslinger throwing knife, it’s a one hit melee, it doesn’t kill, but it hits stuff once.

Edited by jjsbrowser: 10/3/2018 8:25:27 PMThe hunter had an uppercut at the beginning of Forsaken that did one shot, my buddy was using it in crucible all of the time then Bungie nerfed the living crap out of it and now it’s worthless, but I do believe it needs to be brought back, every class has some sort of one shot why not the hunter, hunter uppercut + titan charge= death!

3 RepliesWhile we're examining hunter abilities, why is it that if Titans and Warlocks miss their melee abilities they reset or in the case of the new sunbreaker class the hammer can be picked up off the ground for a reset and health regen. Yet throwing knives and smoke bombs are gone regardless of whether you miss or not.
