How is that “rewarding”? It’s literally chance. You want the gun so bad - how could you not just want it to drop so you can use it sooner? You realize with RNG you could literally go the entire rest of D2 life and never get that gun? Is that worth it?

Thats how D1 was and D1 is the only reason I bought D2 the rng is my favorite aspect of it just like division and other rng based games because you could be running around with something no one else has or you could be getting crap for a couple weeks and finally get something awesome its kind of like gambling its purely just luck

To each their own of course, but there are ways Bungie could make the chase attractive for both kinds of players - and they don’t. I mean, for -blam!- sake they removed the 3 of Coins AND decreased the drop rate. Hell, Xur is even useless now.

I agree on that I dont even go to xur anymore lol he could at least sell masterwork cores or something
