TAKE OUT MASTERWORK CORES in infusion or make them EASY to get!!

1 ReplyThey are the easiest to get now, more than ever...you can literally BUY them from spider, as opposed to needing to break down MW gear like before .

1. Infusion requirement for exotics only. Everything else... actual masterworking our gear. Duh! 2. Have them drop from more events; eg Blind Well tier 1 = 1 core, tier 2 = 2 cores, etc. Weekly events: 3 Heroic dailies/strikes = 3 cores; 5 Crucible matches = 5 cores. Award them for Heroic events but not normal - might get more players to learn how to do Heroic as well. Fed up of being the only Guardian stranded halfway up those steps on Mercury shooting at diamonds in the sky after everyone else has b*ggerd off, or realising the PoE escapee has just been melted before I've even shot the vent off the pod. Simples.

Dont make them easy to get, but make them a bit more obtainable.. I hate buying them from spider since the price goes up with each one you buy. There should be bounties or something to get them.

If they are made easier to get then do not forget about the non-DLC holders. We do not have access to Spider and can only get them from salvaging masterwork drops.

They kind of are easy to get. Just buy 1 or 2 from the Spider every day and you'll get a lot of them.

If it's anything resembling what we currently have, You have brain damage, please contact medical personnel, lest you swallow your own tongue. Bungie has essentially super inflated their economy to thwart people who show intelligence, like banking currency. If I sound over-dramatic, it's because I want this to be a game of legend and "Destiny", Not the sad sack of half-finished ideas and squandered potential. This game USED to be my "zen" place. Now it feels like my awkward 40-year-old dependant who has taken up a hobby of sitting on my couch and urinating on themselves. You want to help shape them into something...functional, but burning the house down with them in it still seems tantalizing.(also, I'd not vote either yes or no on your post. Masterwork cores should NOT be part of infusion, and HELL NO masterwork cores should not be easier to find, I don't think spider should even be selling them. )

Masterwork cores should be for masterworking only, given that we now need more cores as the masterworks require levelling I think the current rarity of them is fine if they're removed from infusion costs.

There have been dozens of these posts, all of them highly upvoted for 2+ weeks now. What has it accomplished exactly? Has Bungie magically replied in anything that could be construed as an answer? Hell, even an acknowledgement? You all got "taken" by the Bungie hype of a "revenge" DLC. No one thought to wait and see if Bungie banjaxed the economy again. Jokes on you because Bungie could care less about your forum posts about MW cores. Now, if enough of their "content creators" start roasting Bungie PUBLICLY about it then perhaps it will change. Until then, don't hold your breath.

Honestly the daily challenge should reward 3 cores and make the drop rate slightly higher those changes would be a big help.

1 ReplyTake them out of infusion, keep them as rarer then they are, have them for leveling up the weapon's master work instead of exp, have exp be an avenue for leveling up masterworks.

For breaking down armour you should get half back 2-3 without fail. I’m tired of getting one shard every time. It cost me 10 for each weapon and gives me back one? What is that sh!t
