I carried my bud through the 3 daily heroic story and I got 1 light lower gloves and he got cerberus+1

Just had one of those exotics drop during Gambit. Crimson HC at 529. Then at the end of same match Lunafaction Boots at 525.

I’ve now had four but, before you get excited, they are, with one exception, all old exotics. So very little to get excited about.

I FINALLY got an exotic earlier. Phoenix Protocol Warlock Exotic chest piece. Would like a weapon but it quenched the thirst from not getting an exotic up until that point

The [b][i]only[/i][/b] two brand-new Forsaken exotics I've actually had drop are the Lord of Wolves from Spider and the Gwisin Vest (new Nightstalker chest piece) from a Prime Engram. I've gotten multiple Y1 exotic drops, however. Which is fine, they're bumping my LL up. But yeah, Forsaken exotics are dropping at a really low rate. 😞 I just want the Black Talon and The Sixth Coyote. 🙃😭

Got another Crown of Tempests yesterday which was 3 points higher than the one I was wearing, which was nice. Maybe your luck will improve when the drop rate of Edge Transit is adjusted. ;p

7 RepliesIts painful, but I still prefer it this way. It actually FEELS exotic when you get one now instead of one popping up and you getting as excited as you do when it's time to eat lunch. A lot of these exotics actually feel exotic which makes up for the endless grind to get them, as long as bungie doesnt nerf anything into oblivion, I'm totally fine with the super low drop rate.

I have to say this is one thing Bungie got right, if I didn't have all the exotics available after warmind (didn't buy forsaken) I would play more hoping for one to drop, but to be honest they are not really worth it which is sad.

I kind of like the rarity of exotics. Makes them feel exotic. I have weapons my friends don't have and vice versa.

Lord of wolves so that nice wellllllll wednesday morning after 2 hard nights of work in the ER i played some flashpoint....BAM! New titan exotic arms... ok cool probably won't....BAM!! Gambit gave me queenbreaker ok ok ok that pro....BAM!!! One eye mask drop from clan engram so yea 4 exotic all forsaken I'm not gonna complain
