Forsaken won’t work. PLEASE HELP
Hey bungie please fix my account. I preordered forsaken (the most expensive one with the ace of spades ornament and the season pass) a while back and couldn’t wait to play. Now that forsaken is out, I can’t play it. I’ve tried everything. Renewing my license, redownloading the game, and even been in contact with Sony. Don’t said my purchase went through and it is downloaded on my ps4. So what’s the deal? I go to my director and click on where the reef would be, and it gives me the options to buy it again. If I click on that, then it sends me to the PlayStation store. At the store it says, “This content has already downloaded.” So bungie, if you could fix this soon, it would be much appreciated. I can, and happily will, give you my account info if you need that to fix it. I just want to play forsaken and I’m already behind a lot.

If your account does own all previous Destiny 2 content, you may need to restore your licenses. This refreshes your game licenses and can help resolve issues where the console may not be recognizing a particular game license that you own. Here is a guide on how to do so: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181 If your account does not own all previous Destiny 2 content, or if you have been accessing Destiny 2 content using your console's game-sharing features, you may need to purchase one of the Destiny 2: The Collection bundles on your account before you will be able to purchase Destiny 2: Forsaken.
