What happened to the Warlock?
Why are so many people walking away from Nova Bombs and Stormcallers? Is it the watering down of the class or is it the trash of @bungie’s usual misguided attempt at “balance”. Once again... If it wasn’t the only way a solo player could level up I would never play D2 crucible.
I should not have to main Dawnblade.
Yes, I play other classes but Warlocks are getting done like a Gunslinger.
Loved D1 crucible (esp. in comparison).
Now the Chest Armor for my Warlock is not dropping. Must have hit someone in the feels.

1 ReplyEdited by SnakePayne86: 8/24/2018 4:30:39 PMThe warlock is in a good place for pve. As far as pvp, the speed of the novabomb and dawnblade projectiles has to increase. Novabomb should not track and axiom bolt should chase more effectively. It’s frustrating throwing a novabomb at a yellow bar only to have a thrall run in front of it and it tracks the thrall instead. Enemies can shoot down an incoming novabomb, and captains can blink away from an axiom grenade. Abilities need to work in this game or we will just won’t use them.

30 RepliesNot to be "that guy" but you must be doing it wrong. If someone is hit with a Nova Bomb, they don't "walk away" If an opponent is in kill range of a Stormcaller, they will die (albiet in a little more time than desirable). Please don't complain with exaggerated claims. There are buffs we wish to see, yes; but don't bring shame on Warlocks with such foolishness.

1 ReplyNova is in a ridicilous spot atm....the blast raidius isnt as big as it used to be in D1 so you have to get closer to the opponent...yet not only is warlock gliding not even close as good as hunter strafe On top of that just like some other supers you risk getting shotdown whilst being put in "slow mo" when doing it ON TOP OF THAT for some reason nova damages the user itself.....in other words you will probably trade kills quite a few times especially if you are up against a defent player.

Only way to get kills is nova bomb on warlock. Getting 20 ult kills was really a pain with warlock. I tried stormcaller but everytime i ult, some dude with heavy ammo is one hitting me. Or another ult is beating my ult. Dawnblade is really good. But squishy af. Your a huge target. But when doing well u could dodge alot. Novabomb is great to get 1 - 2 kills. Compared to Hunter and specially Titan's ults. These ults are really shit. It triggers me that people are still complaining that titans are weak and needs to be buffed.

1 ReplyPlaying crucible isnt the only way to level as a solo player.. I primarily play solo, and I barely touched the trash that is crucible.
