I'M TIRED OF WAITING ON TAKEN BLIGHTS FOR 3 HOURS!!!
"It's amazing that when Bungo does something interesting, but the wait time is used to pad out the event. Why is it when we fail the mission, I have to wait another hour or so for the event to come back?!?! WORST. EVENT. EVER!"
FYI, [spoiler]You have three people in your fireteam. Separate from each others' butts, scout Io for the event, join up on that person. Three people, three Ios, three chances. I did this with my clan and the very second we fail is the very few minutes we're back in it.[/spoiler]

Cabal excavations in a row. 4 or 5 is unlucky, but 15 is f**king broken!!! I don't have time to do this on a daily basis and I really hope that this quest isn't only available whilst IO is the flashpoint. Edit: If they are "fixing" the short cut, that's bullsh*t, it looks like a hidden spot that was meant to be there it's fully rendered and looks like a real path, but what's even sh**tier is if they have taken the blights down and they haven't said anything while hundreds of people wait for it to appear. Nice communication guys, but I guess that won't begin again until the week before forsaken drops.

4 RepliesJust keep spawning in to that area over and over again until you see the portal. If you have 3 of you doing this separately, one of you will find one quick. Then, just join on the one where the portal is. Two friends and I did 3 runs back to back using this method, no waiting. We never beat it unfortunately. I mainly blame the two factors: that one of our dudes was only 366 light, and I suck.

My desire to get it is fading, been waiting in IO since 5pm eastern time. Glad i preordered the new expansion & pass...sucks sony doesnt cancel preorders.

Yo the event is glitched, just waited 5 hrs and only got cabal then see everyone on the forums are saying the same thing. So it’s obviously bugged or it’s either a timed thing like only on fridays and saturdays and sundays till reset.

I've killed taken, I did 2 prestige nightfalls, 4 strikes, 2 patrols, and 5 of the 10 cabal events. [i]Nothing.[/i] EDIT: After our 11th consecutive cabal event, our fireteam that has been waiting for 2 and a half hours decided to disband and pick it up another time. I was there for when the Whisper first was found because I've been browsing forums for days prior, so I managed to do it and get everything I wanted. But for people who don't have ESP, this non-blight streak crap is getting old fast. There should be event rotation on each of the planets this way stuff like this stops occurring.

4:45 pm est was my last run, not a single blight since. Maybe it’s not bugged, maybe it’s over for a while.
