About the JadeRabbit...
Its my favored weapon.
1.leave it the way it is!
2.Buff high impact Scouts
Additional Perk ideas:
3.pve buff: precision shot returns 1 from reserve to the mag.
4.And since it only has 4 perks
(most Exotics got 5) add that it tracks the opponent for 7 sec. after first damage.
Or what about the SinglePointSling Perk?
But the most important:
CHANGE NOTHING! Just add new things!
Or just leave it the way it is?

Id leave it the way it is, the gun is great in pve (try it on the lost sector of mars and you barely need to reload if at all until the boss). and pvp (the way damage chains is great for when you are trying to line up a moving taget). I worked hard to get the master work and its my favorite gun.
