My friend and I did a dozen speed prestige runs. He got it on 3rd run, I got double drop for it on 9th and 10th run. Our 3rd guy never got a drop. RNG can be a kind or cruel bitch bud, sorry.

On my third run I usually do one per character per week.

Did 31 yesterday. All prestige, some high score runs, most speed runs. No DFA. Did get the catalyst for Riskrunner though.
