Day one players don't get excited, we pray that Bungie has f'd up the game anymore that it has and stops being greedy.

Day one player for D1 and D2 and...not at all, season pass here and wont even bother re-downloading the game, maybe in September, maybe. Some of you are excited about it and its your right, to me its just that my interest in destiny has been pretty much murdered and botched, too much "sorry our fault" and "we hear your feedback" and little doing with a lot of bare, dried bones, and now that they are doing it, its kind of too late as all interest went down the drain. Deserving or undeserving, i am not bashing bungie, its just me and my interest in the game, only the curiosity of what is going on the forums makes me come here from time to time. Take care guardians, and for those hyped... have fun

1 ReplyThe best way I find to go into any dlc etc from Bungie is to expect disappointment. That way if something turns out to be ok or perhaps good then I can be pleasantly surprised and appreciate it more. Other than that I am going into Warmind with very very low expectations.

16 RepliesExtremely MILDLY excited at best. Just slightly above "Meh" levels. Mainly excited to play with a few clan members again. None have been on in forever. Def not as excited as I used to be back in the day. For every expansion in D1 I would go home at lunch and make sure it was installed and ready to go so that the literal moment I got home from work I could jump in. Haven't done that in D2 and in fact I may not even play much tomorrow when it releases. Rockets play a potential close out game against the Jazz at home tomorrow night. It's the second round of the playoffs. In D1, I would have either skipped the game since it's only the 2nd round and we're up 3-1 or I'd stream it on my iPad next to me while I play Destiny. Pfft, not in D2. I'll just watch the Rockets game. It's really sad what Bungie did to this game. All they had to do coming off of HoW and leading into TTK was just add more locations, new loot and more enemies and the new subclasses. That was it. If they did literally nothing else I bet this game would be a lot better off. For anyone who would refute that by their immediate response being "PvP sucked in HoW it was so unbalanced" please understand YOU are the exact reason this game sucks ass now. So pat yourself on the back for that. *slow clap*

I am actually excited to play some new content. If I were not in school and working full time this game would have really let me down. Bungie however must have gotten wind of my life changes and made this a casual player game right when I needed it to be

No hype, but the "new" content looks promising, and you could say I'm interested, but Bungie is such a -blam!-up team of developers that I don1t expect much. Will be good until Vermintide 2 releases to consoles. It's sad, cause in D1 I always took free days when new content arrived, but D2 is just bad, and won't be good until they bring back the original weapon loadout system and random perks.

I feel invested in Destiny mostly because of D1 but I have this hope that D2 will turn around and become a great game. Looking forward to it but not overly hyped!
