I'm not opposed to the idea of console exclusive content itself. If a company wants to pay extra to incentivize a player base to purchase said content on their console, that's fine. I do believe that the 1-year timeframe is a problem however. As far as I know, a 1-year deal only exists in Destiny. 3 months is incentive to sway a market. 1 year is a punishment to players who don't play on said console. That's the part that doesn't seem right. In the end it becomes another anti-consumer practice, although in a very meek way.
