26 dead, 20 injured in Texas church mass shooting
There's still very little information right now but the gunman is confirmed dead. He was killed by a civilian after the incident.
Yet another mass shooting and killing in the last what, two months? Swear the worlds gone crazy. Sad that people cant even worship without threat of being killed these days.

EDIT: Shooter identified as Devin Kelly, who was a former Air Force member. Former classmates have come our and said that he was an atheist with strong contempt of religion. He had domestic violence charges during his service and was not legally permitted to own a gun. There are conflicting reports regarding the cause of his death, but it seems to have been a suicide.

We have had some gun related incidents where I live and every time it has made getting a gun more difficult. Dont think this is the case in USA. And why you might ask? Because of the hero who ran outside bare footed and let the perpetrator have it with the assault rifle. I have a strong belief that grand audience will see this as a solution to these kind of assaults. More and bigger guns to fight against bad guys...

Mass shootings will quickly go from meaning 1 bad guy shooting many people to many people shooting the bad guy. Just imagine the news commenting on one, "Today there was a mass shooting downtown. 12 heros shot and killed a man trying to commit a terrorist attack. If it wasn't for the quick actions of these citizens then many innocent people would have been killed by this 'would be' terrorist." Think about it.
