3 RepliesMy uncle was a smoker. He started when he was 8. His mother was mean to him and his father left him. His friends used pier pressure to get him to do it. Took his first smoke on December 23rd, 1965 on 4:00 PM at school. He never forgot that date and that time. It was that time that ruined him. Whenever I visited him, he smoked. The house stinked. He tried to get married, but his girlfriend left him because of his addiction. The child that his ex girlfriend also developed lung ¢an¢er caused by second hand smoke. I'm still not sure if the kid is alive today; pretty sure he isn't. He always tried to get me to do it, and I could tell, he wanted me to join in the "fun," but his eyes just watched me in regret. He wanted what I had, and what my family had. Health. He instead called me over. He whispered into my ear, and I will never forget this lecture in my entire life. Keep in mind he smoked so much that he coughed in between every other word "Nephew, I know smoking looks cool and all, but I want you to know something. You have a family that cares for you. You have to honor that. Please don't be like me. Please don't smoke. You still have to be with your family, nice and healthy, by the time you're my age. Please, nephew, please, don't" he cut off because he just got a heart attack right then and there, in front of me. I followed in his words and never smoked. I kind of regret not having some fun smokes though, because your post gave me ¢an¢er anyway. [spoiler]joke, pls no ban, is only shitpost[/spoiler]

17 RepliesDude. You don’t even know anything about D2 until you’ve at least ran a character through the story. It’s so much more in depth and filled out compared to d1 story! There is so much content to do that I literally cannot figure out what I want to do at times. With the token system I always feel like I’m making progress towards some sweet loot. Pvp is amazing now!! It’s none of this quick paced lone wolf warrior ripping anyone anymore. What more could anyone ask for here? Maybe you need to git gud?? Yeah the raid maybe doesn’t give the best of loot, but that’s fine because I don’t feel like raiding. Also, I don’t don’t want some raid weapon in crucible to rip me while constantly knowing I can’t get that weapon without raiding. That’s not fair. The clans are so amazing! You can play with your friends now! Oh! And you haven’t seen the 4v4 form of trials. It’s so awesome how we added a person to this mode. It was one of the most asked for things in d1! There are things to do for all fireteam sizes in D2! Also, iron banner doesn’t have any light level advantages, so I can roll in with my low level character and not be at a disadvantage. It wasn’t fair that I didn’t feel like leveling up in d1 and I would be punished for my light level. D2 is perfect. You can put in your 30 minutes per week and get everything done! In d1 I feel like I had to put an hour or more [b][i][u]every[/u][/i][/b] week just to level up! [b][i][u]i love D2![/u][/i][/b] Get lost troll! Go play another game
