Bump. I adult tried grinding for these and geuss what, nothing like 6 chests/resources gave nothing. 3 of my cause stashes, nothing. 2 of the region chests, nothing. And even a lost sector chest gave me nothing. Tried asking about in the feedback forum, but no-one cares about game glitches since they changed how shaders work...
