4 RepliesEdited by Vgnut: 8/29/2017 8:46:17 PMThere's an old proverb that says if you don't initiate young men into the tribe they'll come back to burn it down. I see Trump embodying that. There is a reason so many of his supporters do not care what he does, how badly he destroys the reputation of the United States and the Oval Office, or how dysfunctional things become. This is what they want. They want the ruin of America because America has, whether real or perceived, slighted them. Many Trump supporters want to see America ruined because they don't like this version of America. Trump is chaos. Do you think this behavior would have been deemed acceptable during your grandparents generation? Whether Trump lasts eight or four years, resigns, dies, or is impeached there will at some point be a 46th President. I cannot stress to Americans how damaged their reputation is and how tarnished the office of the President will be for generations to come.

No. He is the worst possible person for the current political climate.
-
33 RepliesAs long as liberals like max are crying than I know he's doing his job. I support him and will the next election.
-
No, but I really don't care either way.
-
2 RepliesNope. On the fiscal side, he represents big business; the corporations, and fits the stereotype surrounding big CEOs -- arrogant and obnoxious. Not easy to root for. On the social side, Trump is a walking schism. Love or hate Obama, but he did a pretty good job of easing racial tensions as well as promote progress for the LGBT community. Meanwhile, we have a buffoon in office who has managed to alienate pretty much every single minority in only 8 months and has done a lot to help everyone get pissed at each other all over again as well as completely disregarding his promise to fight for the LGBT community. Not easy to root for there, either. Lastly, diplomacy. Biggest buffoonery of all. He continues to fray the threads of alliance after alliance all while doing everything he can to escalate nuclear tensions with North Korea -- any possible ensuing battle could very well start a catastrophic war. 90% of his problems would be solved if he'd just shut the hell up for once, but I still don't like him -- he's just a narcissistic ass.
-
First time since Richard Nixon, that we've put someone in the White House with a diagnosable personality disorder. He's a narcissist. People in South Texas are suffering from the Hurricane....and yet HE (as always) is sucking up all the oxygen in the room, and focusing all the media attention on himself.

7 RepliesI respect choosing to be republican.. but if you SUPPORT trump, something is wrong with you.

I do not, but I don't hate him. I guess I'm 50/50. Both Clinton and Trump have good and bad ideas.

6 RepliesIm about 70% in Trump's camp. I do not support his views on private business eminent domain. I even have some issues with federal eminent domain. I get where he is coming from as a business man but no one should have a right to a person's private property even if its for the "greater good." I do not support his recent troop surge in Afghanistan. I personally want us to leave the middle east alone completely and let them kill themselves like they have been doing for centuries. Only defend Jordan, Israel, India, and Turkey if they are threatened. Or if we do decide to be the worlds police then no half measures and we go all in. That said i like how he does things without broadcasting and he is willing to use more than drones. I do not fully support his transgender ban in the military. I am mixed. Coming from a military family it often does not matter who a person is as long as they have your back and can be depended on. That said the transgenders do have the highest suicide rates in America and the military should not pay for their cosmetic surgeries and constant hormone treatments. I support the border wall and stronger border protection. I support his tax plan and simplifying it. I support removing Obamacare. Personally i would want a full repeal with no replacement however anything is better at this point. Under Obamacare my family has seen almost a 400% increase in our monthly payments despite no changes to our coverage. We went from 330 a month before implementation for catastrophic coverage to 1280 a month this year... it has got to go. My best friend was fined close to 5000 dollars when that mandate was still active because he didn't want health insurance. The federal government cannot force you to buy health insurance and a private market has seen more progress and personal choice than any universal system. I support his stance on North Korea. Bush and even Obama were screwed by previous administrations kicking the proverbial can down the road. And Trump decided to pressure and push them rather than kick the can down the road where they would have become an even greater threat. We have to stop them now one way or another and not continue to let them progress and become even more dangerous. I love how he has exposed the media for what it is. I am also glad he has never stopped calling them on their lies and propaganda. Thats some of the big things without going into specifics and some of his executive orders/orders to organizations.

I hate him as a person. He just always comes across as an asshole to me. Political views aside, is hard to support someone I hate so badly.

1 ReplySupport me instead.

Don't support any politician. I tried to respect him throughout his years but he's failing to keep most of his promises and yet his supporters still love him.
-
Trump rocks! Laughing my ass off while he calls the fake news media on their bullshit!
-
I don't
-
Why the fuçk does it matter who supports him. If you do a good job and support America then they should support you back. Same thing I do with my manager and my work. I don't really think he has done anything other than make veiled threats and sound like an idiot.

I do he is Pres. Anyone who doesnt is un American, and a very poor loser. I had to gag down everything that racist Obama ejaculated everywhere, now you asshats must do the same.
