All the posts recently seem to lean one way or the other.
I like them both. Thats why Destiny 2 is going to be an awesome game for me.
Anyone feel the same way?

I liked them both too

2 RepliesDestiny PvP is fun but Destiny PvE is boring to me. I'll play fallout or Skyrim for my PvE kicks.

I like them both but I prefer pve.

1 ReplyI like both. Pve is fun but the so tends to become predictable after your 20th strike it raid clear. PvP is unpredictable. You can face off against noobies, vets or average players who are casual PvP warriors. I've learned to control my tilt and it made my PvP experience much more enjoyable. Seeing a teabagger? Just fist bump or finger wag his orb, especially if he succumbed to your teammates' light. You can be certain to have the last laugh in such a situation. I just like to goof off in crucible without a care for my kdr. Chaperone and pocket infinity are hilarious to use in PvP, as nobody expects to actually encounter them. In my heart I'm a raider, but there's also a spot reserved for PvP. It's unpredictable and fun.

I like both.

I'm really into the PVE, but I also enjoy the PVP. I really only like PVP when there's something to earn. Like Iron Banner or Trails.

I play PVP when I'm bored. I'd rather run a strike 50 times then PVP. This is what Bungie wants it's there game. So it's obvious over the last three weeks that all the podcasters do is talk about PVP. And we know that who Bungie thinks is the community.

2 RepliesI love Destiny 1 PvE. I tolerate PvP.

1 ReplyEdited by TheNobleGuardian: 8/11/2017 7:52:49 PMNot gonna lie, Destint Y1 multiplayer was hecka fun, I know there was Thorn and shotty runners but before all this nerfing and whining is was its own unique multiplayer experience, where working hard for an exotic made a difference in the crucible

I play both but usually in about a month I can't do any pve except the raid- it's to predictable and boring. The only gear I care about is for small advantages in pvp as they so add up.

Both!

It's always nice to take a break from one mode to go play another.

Edited by Lord Fried: 8/11/2017 7:02:13 PMI played alot of both in D1 but then I started hating PvP more and more until I quit. I've always liked multiplayer but i can get my fix elsewhere (Titanfall 2, BF1, etc) instead of Destiny. I won't be touching D2's PvP at all, unless there's some exotic quest tied to it.

Hells ya

Raids brought a bunch of people (back when vog came out) together, we still play together in a bunch of games so always happy about the raids for that. Cruxible did the same with different people
-
*Raises hand slowly* In all honesty, I'm sort of in love with everything they've done. I am glad they're increasing heavy and super stuff though.
-
Ive done all raids so many times. Ive gone flawless a few times. Whenever im done with all my weekly stuff i go play pvp and trials.

Edited by tanis38: 8/11/2017 6:17:30 PMI enjoy both, although I am a PvE player first. And the Crucible has been hard to enjoy ever since the special ammo change in my opinion. And that is coming from someone who rarely uses special weapons (Im a primary guy) but I like having special when the need arises, without having to camp out at social boxes.

I try to enjoy both. I've recently figured out that my internet is responsible for a lot of my Crucible woahs. I'm looking forward to getting it fixed. If you use Wi-Fi or a mobile hotspot or a bottom tier plan from your ISP, upgrade as soon as possible. You'll find the Crucible a lot more enjoyable. Watch for throttling - it's a game play killer.

In Destiny 2, yes.
-
Yeah. .they both cool. But for quick play in a busy lifestyle..... pvp 10 mins and im done
-
Yep. Only played pve in year one then started to enjoy PvP, mainly cos of content drought in year 2 lol. I learnt quickly to not take pvp too seriously though!

Edited by Clarky--Cat: 8/11/2017 5:24:54 PMYup. Really enjoy both. Lean towards pve more though.
