Two Accounts Issue (And Game Redeem Problems)
So I Pre-Ordered the Destiny 2 Game for my new PS4, since I had the first game on my xbox. I made a Bungie account (link here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Codes/254/14902416) for my PS4, and then I redeemed my pre-order code on that account. Afterwards, I wanted to link my microsoft account to the new bungie account, but it wasnt working out well, so I decided to link my PS4 to my old Bungie account (The one I'm using to post this) and it worked, but now I no longer have access to my old account on which I redeemed the Pre-Order code. Is there any way to get account access back? And will I still get the beta code when Bungie decides to release them? I'm just worried is all, and I'd rather not spend another bunch of my money for a second copy. Thank you.

I just asked gamestop to reprint off new codes for me. If you preordered through them I would just ask them to.

1 ReplySounds like you may have orphaned the account that had the preorder code on it... Bungie said they're looking into it, but if that means they'll fix it, or they'll just find a way to prevent that from happening to anyone else *shrugs* As far as I know, Bungie's official stance is they won't help you get access to the orphaned account.

Same issue.....I played on XBOX last time around with Destiny 1. I pre-ordered for PS 4 and all $hit has broken out and can't access the account ....I don't know if I should input my redeem code or not.

I'm in the same boat, had the code for my Xbox One before I linked my Blizzard account to my Xbox One account, now all my codes are gone including the ones for destiny 1

Please let me know if you hear anything back , i'm on a similar boat . I linked my blizzard account to my ps4 one and now it says i used my code on another account. I do hope i can end up getting it back.
